Smoke Salmon Appetizer

3 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 ounce onions, coarsely chopped
1 ounce capers
1 ounce hard-boiled egg, diced
4 each thinly sliced bread, cut into halves
2 slices lemon wedges
Using a piece of Romaine lettuce to line a serving plate, place
sliced salmon on top of the lettuce. Place the
remaining condiments besides the smoked
salmon and serve with toast points.
