Pizza Sauce

2 cups tomato sauce
1 medium onion -- finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- fresh cracked
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Combine and let stand 5 minutes. Set sauce aside.
