beans -- canned

cup roasted red
peppers

cup tahini

lemon juice

teaspoons ground
cumin

teaspoon kosher
salt

teaspoon cayenne
pepper

cloves garlic

tablespoons
parsley -- minced
Place all ingredients except parsley into a
bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in parsley.
Serve with pita chips.
