cups penne pasta -- uncooked

pound Italian sausage

medium onion -- chopped

teaspoon oregano -- leaves
½
teaspoon Cajun seasoning

cup chicken stock

ounces chili beans in zesty sauce

ounces diced tomatoes -- chili-style
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. In a medium sauce pan
cook pasta, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a large sauté pan,
cook sausage and onion over medium heat, about 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. Remove from heat.
Stir in oregano and Cajun seasoning. Add pasta and remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Bake
covered 45 minutes or until hot in the center.
