cups mayonnaise

tablespoons capers -- rinsed and drained

tablespoon lemon zest

tablespoons lemon juice -- fresh

tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper -- to taste
In a small mixing bowl. Stir together all of
the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate
in an airtight container until use.
