tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

tablespoons warm water

tablespoons sesame oil

teaspoon sugar

cup scallion greens -- thinly sliced

tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted

each Serrano pepper -- thinly sliced rings
Combine all of the ingredients in a small
bowl and let stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to
develop.
